At Siolim Specialty Coffee Roasters, we take pride in delivering exceptional coffee products crafted with precision and care. Starting 10th December 2023, we want to inform you that all orders placed with us are considered non-cancellable and non-returnable, even if unopened, reflecting our commitment to maintaining the highest quality.


In the rare instance of an error with your order, please contact us at within 4 days of receiving your order.


Damages and Issues:

- Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, promptly contact us so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

- For damaged brewing equipment or serveware, email us at, attaching photos of the damaged item and the shipping box. This enables us to assist you and report the issue to our warehouse and product team.


Returns Process:

- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



- For serveware and brewing equipment, the quickest way to secure the item you desire is to return the original item. Upon acceptance of the return, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

- Please note that exchanges do not apply to coffee products, as all coffee sales are considered final.



- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

- If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

- Please be aware that the actual posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
