As a home brewer, I love discovering new roasters, and Siolim stands out with their unique offerings. My favorite is the Lobo P1. What sets Siolim apart is their humility and openness to feedback. I’ve seen their quality improve with every launch, which is rare in the market. Their packaging also scores a perfect 10/10, making it great for gifting. Keep it up, team!

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our barrel aged coffee.

What is specialty coffee? +

Specialty coffee is coffee of the highest quality, sourced from carefully selected farms and roasted to bring out its unique flavour characteristics. Unlike commercial coffee, specialty coffee offers better traceability, freshness, and a more complex taste experience, allowing you to enjoy the true character of each bean.

Why choose Siolim Specialty Coffee Roasters? +

At Siolim Specialty Coffee Roasters, every batch is roasted in small quantities using carefully sourced specialty-grade coffee beans. Our focus is on freshness, consistency, and flavour, ensuring every cup reflects the quality of the coffee from farm to roast.

Is your coffee freshly roasted? +

Yes. Every order is packed with freshly roasted coffee to preserve its natural aroma and flavour. Each bag includes the roast date, so you always know exactly when your coffee was roasted.

How long does freshly roasted coffee stay fresh? +

Coffee tastes best between 2 to 10 weeks after roasting, depending on the brewing method. Once opened, reseal the bag after every use and enjoy it within a few weeks for the best flavour and aroma.

Which coffee is best for beginners? +

If you're new to specialty coffee, we recommend starting with a medium roast. It offers a smooth, balanced cup with chocolatey and nutty notes that are enjoyable both black and with milk.

Can I use your coffee for espresso, French Press, Moka Pot, or pour-over? +

Absolutely. Siolim Specialty Coffee Roasters offers coffee in multiple grind sizes suitable for espresso machines, French Press, AeroPress, Moka Pots, pour-over brewers, and more.

How do I choose the right coffee for my taste? +

Your preferred flavour profile is the best place to start.

• Chocolatey, nutty, caramel flavours → Medium or Dark Roast
• Fruity, floral, citrus flavours → Light or Light - Medium Roast

Every coffee from Siolim Specialty Coffee Roasters includes tasting notes, roast level, and recommended brewing methods to help you find the perfect match.

Should I buy whole beans or ground coffee? +

Whole beans stay fresh for longer and allow you to grind your coffee just before brewing for the best flavour. If you don't have a grinder at home, simply choose the grind size that matches your brewing method when placing your order.

How much coffee does one bag make? +

A 250g bag typically makes 15–18 cups of coffee, depending on your brewing method, coffee-to-water ratio, and preferred strength.

What type of coffee beans do you offer? +

Siolim Specialty Coffee Roasters offers a curated selection of specialty coffees, including Arabica, Robusta, Excelsa and expertly crafted blends. Each coffee has its own unique flavour profile, roast level, and recommended brewing method, helping you choose the one that best suits your taste.

What brewing equipment do I need? +

Our coffee can be enjoyed using a variety of brewing methods, including Espresso Machines, French Press, AeroPress, Moka Pot, Pour Over brewers, and home grinders for whole beans. Simply choose the appropriate grind size when ordering, and you're ready to brew.

How soon will my order be shipped? +

We roast and pack our coffee with freshness in mind. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery timelines vary depending on your location across India.
