Roasting and Processing:
- We roast all our coffees to order with precision and care.
- Orders are added to the subsequent roasting cycle after they are received.
- Once roasted, we allow the coffee to degas overnight for optimal flavor.
- The coffee is then expertly packed and dispatched within 24 hours of roasting.
- We collaborate with trusted third-party courier partners for the delivery of your orders.
- To minimize our carbon footprint, we primarily use surface shipping. This approach aligns with our commitment to environmental sustainability.
- Most domestic orders are expected to be delivered within 5-7 days from the dispatch date.

Liability and Damaged Shipments:
- Siolim Specialty Coffee Roasters is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by courier companies or postal authorities.
- All orders will be delivered to the "Shipping address" associated with the buyer's credit/debit card, unless specified otherwise at the time of order.
- In the rare event that your package arrives in damaged condition, we kindly request you to refuse the shipment from the carrier and immediately inform Siolim Specialty Coffee Roasters.
