This distinctive blend combines naturally processed Excelsa from South Indian Coffee Company with washed Cauvery Arabica grown at approximately 1,350 metres above sea level. The rare Excelsa component undergoes an 84-hour yeast-inoculated natural fermentation in oxygen-restricted conditions, enhancing its aromatic complexity, tropical sweetness, and layered fruit character. The washed Arabica adds clarity, structure, and a velvety chocolate depth.
In the cup, Assagao Blend opens with ripe banana and subtle tropical fruit, followed by toasted hazelnut and rich chocolate.
